Introduction
This typingtool offers quick and unequivocal typing of Hepatitis C Virus sequences.
With this tool sequences of any part of the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) genome can be assigned to a HCV genotype.
The sequences used as references in this tool originate from: The Hepatitis C Virus network (HCVnet ) and Genbank.
